Care instructions :

Although Ferrari 502 has a special finishing treatment that prevents dirt from staining the surface it does require regular maintenance to keep it at its best.

This is done by simply cleaning with a sponge dipped in Ferrari detergent.  Alternatively a non solvent based cleaner should work well for all but the most stubborn marks.

The canopy should always be allowed to dry thoroughly before storing for long periods of time.

Solacryl

Solacryl is a woven acrylic based fabric which has the feel of traditional canvas.  Its rich colours are non fade thanks to solution dying and its acrylic yarns give it excellent UV stability.  Solacryl is rot proof and resistant to fungi, bacteria, insects, oil and grease.  The coated finish gives it a near 100% waterproof finish (passes water column test at 1000mm).

Care instructions :

Despite its durability a Solacryl canopy still requires a little TLC to keep it looking in tip top condition.

  • Clean regularly to prevent dirt becoming embedded in the fabric.
  • Loose dirt can simply be brushed off.
  • For more intensive cleaning hose down and clean with warm water and a natural soap solution. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Canopies should be clean and dry before winter storage.

Solacryl is manufactured exclusively by Bainbridge International for more info see www.sailcloth.com
