Coronavirus – an update for our customers
Keeping our customers and our team safe
We have been selling many of our products for home installation since 2006. If you are capable of putting up a shelf then with our guidance and support you will be able to measure and install InShade sail blinds into your Conservatory, Orangery or Roof Lantern.
We have a detailed process allowing all of our work to be done remotely and we will guide you through every step of the way with our engineers checking each step. We are so confident in our process and product we provide a sure fit guarantee and a standard 5 year product warranty.
In order to help us continue to service your requirements all of our designers are now working remotely from home and we have added safety measures over and above those required by the government to ensure our manufacturing and dispatch remains a safe place to work for our team. This may place some minor restrictions on our service but we are still able to supply exactly the same premium quality products and typically on a 2-3 week lead time.
If the DIY option is suitable for you follow these simple steps to find out more about you options.
- Fill out the survey form for your shape
- Take 5-6 photos of the space – including 1 from outside if you can safely do that.
- Tell us the issues you want to solve.
If you require a home visit for measuring, and installation then we have already been working with our partners to develop a minimal contact service and will put this in action once the government decides it is safe to do so. You can register you interest in this service by sending us your contact details, post code, referencing home visits required and letting us know if your space can be shut off from the rest of your home. Send all of this info to in[email protected]
We very much look forward to working with you soon.
Our opening hours during this time are 9.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one answers, please leave a message and someone will get back to you.
